Being thankful…

This has been a huge year for me. I’ve faced some rather large challenges on all fronts. At times it been a little overwhelming. There have been the lowest of lows but also the highest of highs. But through it all, it has never been clearer that I have so much to be thankful for.

Sometimes it takes a world event such as the horror of the recent air disaster, or just the simple watching of a YouTube video to remind us of this. Did you see the recent Cardboard Stories video about homelessness? If not, here’s the link.

Below is a list of some things that I am grateful for, that warm my heart every day and make me smile. I hope you have similar things on your own list.

  • Cuddles from my family – and lots of them. I don’t care how old you are, you always need cuddles!
  • Being trailed around the house by my sweet and loyal terrier – she’s a bit of a nutcase but she’s still sweet and I won’t let anyone tell me otherwise.
  • Living in Australia – we are blessed with a beautiful country and lots of opportunity
  • The opportunity to spend time writing and my m/m romance ‘family’ who provide support and encouragement together with lots of laughs

Did you know my Love’s Landscapes story- Waiting, Hoping, Wishing – has been published on the MM Group site? You can find it here. It’s FREE and the free download version will soon be available at the following link. MM Romance Group Love’s Landscape’s stories.

Finally, this is the week that my first story is published with Dreamspinner Press. It’s called It’s Not Easy and is currently on sale at Dreamspinner Press and All Romance eBooks.
