This week’s snippet is from More Than A Superstar, the story of Sam and Rob.
*****
Sam couldn’t help but smile. Rob was gorgeous. Okay, so his clothes were a bit ordinary and oversized—beige pants, a dark shirt with the hospital logo on the pocket, and sneakers—but his face was so very appealing, with a smile that reached his eyes. Just seeing him gave Sam a case of butterflies, a whole mass of them taking flight as Rob approached.
Although Rob looked tired, his face lit up, a dimple appearing in his cheek, as he smiled at Sam. “I saw you were by yourself. Mind if I join you?”

Rainbow Snippets is a group for LGBTQ+ authors, readers, and bloggers to gather once a week to share six sentences from a work of fiction – a WIP or a finished work or even a 6-sentence book recommendation. In the group you’ll find anything from romance and historical fiction to mystery and YA. The common thread is that every story’s main character identifies as LGBTQ+. The snippets could range from zero flames to full-on sexytimes, anything goes content-wise. The only rule is snippets will be 6 sentences long–one for each color in the Pride flag.
