We have a winner and a beautiful story to go along with it.

A while back I posted about Random Acts of Kindness – those little unexpected things that we can do to brighten the lives of others. I ran a competition to help someone do something nice for someone else.

Hannah was the winner and Hannah choose to send the $10 All Romance eBook voucher to her personal trainer, Jen.

Here’s what Hannah had to say.

I would like Jen to have this gift to brighten her day in a small way.   Jen is always doing something for others and many times she has had to forgo doing something nice for herself in order to take care of her Mom.  Two years ago, her mom was diagnosed with a kidney disease and has been on dialysis.  In order to make things easier for her Mom,  Jen agreed to get trained to perform home dialysis for her and for the past year she has been spending 3-4 hours a day helping her Mom with her dialysis .  This is quite an involved procedure and Jen had to undergo vigorous training and pass a test.  Jen has managed through all of this with a great attitude and she still turns up at our house at 5 am several days a week to train us.
